This is a lottery system so the timing of your application is not applicable. Students are not guaranteed a room through this process. Please read the below information carefully in order to apply.<\/p><\/div><div><h6><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Important Information for Applicants:<\/strong><\/span><\/h6><ul><li>All applications will need to come through the website &#8211; we do not accept applications through phone or email.<\/li><li>Students can only make one application <strong>per<\/strong> village waitlist with M&amp;C Property. <strong>Students with multiple applications to the same village through M&amp;C Property will be removed from the waitlist completely. <\/strong>If you have applied for a village through another management company, you can still apply to our lottery.<\/li><li><strong>Students must apply in their own name. Students applying under another name or a parent or guardians name would be cancelled as this cannot be changed at a later date.<\/strong><\/li><li>Students will need to select a room preference when applying. This does not affect your chance of getting a room. If your first preference room type is not available, you would be offered the next available option.<\/li><li>There is no charge to apply to the waitlist. You will be required to pay a deposit if you are offered a room only.<\/li><li>There will be an option to apply for a full academic year, autumn semester only, spring semester only or a full academic year including summer 2027 room.<\/li><li><strong>Students who do not receive a room in the lottery will be automatically waitlisted and should NOT reapply to the waitlist at a later date. These students will be prioritised should rooms become available.<\/strong><\/li><li>To apply you will need your personal information including your PPS number. If you are an <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">international student with no PPS<\/span> number you can use 1111111A and we will change this once you receive your PPS number.<\/li><li>If you do not receive your security code, please check your junk\/spam folder for \u2018donotreply@mcp.ie\u2019 and it will appear in your email.<\/li><li>We will only offer further rooms after the lottery should we receive cancellations. It houses 300 students in four- and five-bedroom apartments. The village includes a shopping centre with supermarket, retail outlets and state of the art leisure centre. The village offers free on-street parking around Grove Island Student Village with permits issued to students.<span style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\">Lottery applications for the next academic year, beginning September 2026, are now open and will close at 12 noon on Monday April 20th. The cancelling tenant is responsible for rent for any period up until the new tenant moves in. Glasan Student Village is not obliged to find a replacement tenant. The utilities fee will be refunded on a pro rata basis from the date of the payment of the replacement tenant. Bill Management fee is non refundable. If a replacement tenant is found, once the tenant has departed an inspection of the property will have to take place before any monies due to the outgoing tenant can be refunded.
